2. Access to the Site and Services
2.1. Subject to any contractual obligations we may owe to any users of our services, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Site and Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.2. From time to time, we may restrict access to all or some parts of the Site and Services to users who have registered with us.
2.3. If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.
2.4. We reserve the right to restrict or deny you access to all or some parts of the Site and Services if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with these General Terms.

4.1 Except for information that identifies you personally (e.g. your name, address, telephone number, email address and CV), any material which you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary such that we shall have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose it to third parties for any purpose.
4.2 You agree not to submit any material:
4.2.1 that is false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, offensive, abusive, likely to cause someone anxiety or distress, encourages violence or racial or religious hatred, blasphemous, pornographic, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy; or
4.2.2 that infringes any intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks. This means generally that you must own the rights in everything you submit or must obtain permission from the rights owner to submit the material; or
4.2.3 which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data); or
4.2.4 which encourages or teaches conduct that is a criminal offence, gives rise to civil liability or is otherwise unlawful.
4.3 We are not obliged to use material submitted by you and we may remove from the Site, the Services and our database any of the material submitted by you at our sole discretion.
4.4 We will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone submitting material in breach of clause 4.2.
4.5 We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials submitted by you.

6.4 The Site and Services rely in part on software to work. Whilst we monitor the Site and Services and try to fix bugs promptly, we do not guarantee that the Site and Services will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses.
6.5 Nothing in these General Terms affects any liability which we may have for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8. The validity of these General Terms
If any part or provision of these General Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of any other part or provision.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms are governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim brought by you arising from, or related to, use of the Site and Services and these General Terms.

WHAT’S IN THESE TERMS?
These jobseeker terms (the " Jobseeker Terms") set out the information applicable to job seekers (the " Jobseekers") who wish to use www.europeanjobboard.com (the " Site") and apply to the contractual agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") between TESTQ Technologies Limited (" We", " Our" or " Us") and you on the other hand, who are interested in or use any career service that is offered at www.europeanjobboard.com or other websites that incorporate these Terms of Use Such websites are collectively referred to as "European Job Board Platforms" hereinafter.

By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Jobseeker Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Jobseeker Terms, you must not use the Site. We recommend that you print a copy of these Jobseeker Terms for future reference.
OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICES
We offer a variety of career services via the Platforms. We want to be your lifelong career assistant. If your life perspective changes, you are developing or reaching for new goals, we offer the right career support. We aim to build a long lasting relationship, to build a product and a Service, that is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and which enables you to take your life and future in your own hands.
You can use certain Services without registration. The registration of a Jobs by Email or a MyAccount will offer you additional functionalities and Services.
1. Services available without registration
Without the registration of a Jobs by email or a MyAccount, you may use all Services that are available on our website without registration. Particularly you can browse jobs that are published on our website.
2. Job alerts
You can subscribe to a Job alerts through our Platforms. That means you will then regularly receive job alerts about listings which match your criteria. You can create job alters manually which match a profile that has been defined by you in advance. If you also register or have registered a MyAccount, you can manage the job alters described below in 3.e
3. My Account
Certain Services will only be available as part of a MyAccount. You can register for a MyAccount account as described in section 3b.
3a. Manage Jobs
You can view jobs that you have applied for.
3b. European Job Board Profile
You can create a CV-profile Profile within your MyAccount, which will consist of various CV related information as well as attachments provided by you.
You can use any such Profile to apply to job offers that are published on the European Job Board website. We will also use the data you have provided as part of your Profile to provide you with job ads recommendations tailored to your needs based on your Profile data. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the data volume for uploads of data, especially if necessary due to technical reasons, for example in order to maintain or optimise the Service.
3c. Application History
Within your MyAccount, we store your applications to job listings that were published on the European Job Board for two months in a history that can be accessed via your MyAccount. Information from such applications can be used to prefill fields if you create a European Job Board Profile as per section 3b above.
3d. Additional functions for Job alerts
In your MyAccount you can manage the Job by email settings, i.e. the criteria used to match your job alerts. We also send job alerts based on your search behavior and your job inventory changing. You can at any time deactivate Job alerts or Instant job match.

WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
These Jobseeker Terms, their subject matter, and its formation are governed by English law. You and We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
