Role Description:

• Senior Java developer required with agile experience to accelerate the development of a Java/Spring backend and React front end.
• Should be a leader who can uplift existing team of 4 engineers to improve their craftsmanship as well as the quality of their codebase.

Essential Skills:

Key responsibilities:

• We need a senior developer to train, balance out the recently hired junior developers on our team.
• Writing software.
• Mentoring junior developers.
• Helping the full team improve its agile practices.

Team Structure:

• The Continuous Governance team currently consists of 4 developers and two product analysts/owners.
• The working practices are based on the XP approach. Programming is generally done in pairs.
