Responsibilities-
Primary responsibility is to ensure improving the product quality and IT operations by working with Application/Product owners and IT Managers. The main activities are:
Reflect on, improve and share technology standards, guidelines and best practices in order to avoid duplication of past mistakes
Perform infrastructure quality reviews for prioritized development artefacts
Have to support all build and run activities within IT, ensure architectural fit and the end-to-end quality of all IT solutions, whether in-house developed or 3rd party solutions requiring technical integration.
Knowledge of ITIL concepts such as Incident, Change, Problem management and support procedures are vital
Mandetory Skills Needed-
Above 10 years of IT experience and 2 years relevant working experience, including experience in mentoring/managing team members, suppliers and vendors.
Solid experience as a Service / Site Reliability Engineer, or an IT infrastructure engineer, architect and/or consultant with experience in application development (, JavaScript, .NETcore, Microservices). Have a broad, end-to-end understanding of IT infrastructure and platform services, but are also able to drill down to understand solution components and the factors that impact their quality
Expert in technical solution design, technology architecture and technologies in an enterprise environment. Strong experience in designing, analysing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure systems, knowledge on Cloud platforms (PaaS, IaaS), Ubuntu,Windows, middleware systems, networks and security infrastructure
Good understanding on Agile and experience on DevOps culture, Continuous Delivery and "Infrastructure as Code"
Practical skills in applying state-of-the-art procedures, tools and methods to realise IT solutions and systematically solve problems,
Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
Proven ability to own, drive and manage change across a complex environment
Very strong team working skills, ability to promote cross-functional teamwork, pro-activeness & can-do attitude
Strong troubleshooting abilities, solving complex problems
A passion for immutable infrastructure-as-a-code
Experience creating highly available systems and scalable architectures
Excellent communication, strong leadership qualities, and ability to work with multiple teams
Technical Skills-
Excellent knowledge of Exposure to DevOps Process Implementation,tool chain and Cloud based Applications.
Exposure to DevOps Rollout and Experience in DevOps Tools like Jenkins and Puppet.
(CI/CD) Tools : Continuous Integration(CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using Azure Devops and (Source Code Management Tool) :,GIT and code quality/coverage tools : Sonar cube, PMD Plugin
Possess comprehensive understanding of the key Azure services (NSGs, resource groups, vnets, subscriptions, peering, express route, APIM, ASE, Key Vaults, AD, App Services, Application Insights & Alerts, WAFs, VPNs)
Expertise in Virtualization tools (VMs) & DOCKER (Containerization and Orchestrations) using SWARM
Building/Maintaining Docker container clusters managed by Kubernetes Linux, Bash, GIT, Docker, on Azure cloud. Utilized kubernetes and docker for the runtime environment of the CI/CD system to build, test deploy.
Developed Networking policies for Docker containers. Worked on open source development tools like DockerContainers and Kubernetes.
