Job Description

• Strong domain experience on Salesforce: Marketing, Sales, and Service cloud
• Experience in Application support and development
• Experience on Salesforce Apex, UI experience on Visualforce, Triggers, Rules, etc.
• Plan and drive service improvements
• Define and develop self-service over Salesforce for known incidents
• Provide technical consultancy to offshore and team for production incidents
