Duties and responsibilities

Working with an exceptional group of consultants you will be responsible for leading the delivery of key aspects of projects within the area of SAP Basis technologies and Cloud technologies. This role will be to expand the capability of the SAP Cloud migration team, delivering Cloud migration projects and ensuring the continuous development of the service.

The Consultant will be responsible for bringing deep expertise in the areas of:
- SAP Basis technologies, specifically migrations, and upgrades
- Cloud automation using tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Experience with infrastructure, both Cloud and on-premise
- As well as delivery, you will be expected to keep abreast of changes within this space and provide this insight to our clients in a thought-leadership role.

Essential Skills and Experience

- ??eal-world??SAP Cloud migrations (At least one e2e Cloud project which wasn?? a proof of concept)
- Cloud certification
- Experience in architecting and planning SAP Upgrade and database migration projects.
- Excellent track record of delivering SAP upgrades, migrations and other Basis related projects
- Strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
- Pre-sales experience - providing content to commercial documents, presenting to clients
- Comfortable working with multiple projects across different clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build ??rusted Adviser??relationships
- Deep expertise in one of the following areas
- Cloud migration
- Technical Automation
- Scripting languages
- SAP Cloud platform
- DevOps
- HANA Migration

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Experience delivering Innovation projects internally or with customers
- Knowledge in DevOps and its applications within SAP
- Knowledge and experience in at least 2 of the following areas
        - Docker and containerization
        - Automation technologies like Ansible, terraform
        - Scripting languages
        - Big Data technologies like Hadoop, AWS EMR
        - SAP Non-NetWeaver technologies like Business Objects, Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC
