Job Description

Person will be responsible for installation and day to day operational management of the following BI platforms: SAP BO (BI4), Qlikview, SPSS, Hyperion

He/she will also participate in:

• Activities to maintain, enhance and improve the components mentioned above
• Day to day operational follow-up, support and assistance for the production-, test- and acceptance environments of the components mentioned above.

Requested Skills (Business Intelligence):

• The new resource should have at least 3 years hands-on experience in  
• Design, installation, configuration, administration, upgrade, management of one or more of following BI infrastructure(s) SAP BO 4.x, SAP DS, Crystal report server, Qlikview V11-V12, SPSS, Oracle Essbase
• Backup, restore and disaster recovery
• Configuring Single Sign-on
• SAP and Win AD authentication   
• Clustered setup with load balancer

.NET:

• Extensive knowledge/experience of .NET infrastructure and operations,
• Profound knowledge of VMWARE, IIS, SQL, Storage technologies,
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents, root cause analysis, performance tuning and optimization,
• Knowledge and ability to work with ITIL processes.
