Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in team collaboration to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories

Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives

Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels
-
Exceed expectations of the customer by providing a high-quality solution and service, in order to create a mutually beneficial outcome
-
Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics
-
Professional Services consulting with an emphasis on business processes, organizational change management, training and user adoption.

Communicate any updates of project status and elevate project concerns to Project Lead
-
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
-
Provide future-looking solutions and recommendations based on forthcoming Salesforce releases
-
Identify internal and project process improvement opportunities
-
Ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects simultaneously
-
Participate and lead client facing Sprint demo(s)

Keep current on new technologies as they relate to Salesforce and general application development
-
Salesforce/Force.com configuration or development or equivalent CRM experience
-
Manage and maintain a collaborative working relationship with clients and consistently deliver high-quality services
-
Participate in project closure and “lessons learned” debrief process
-
Help to ensure project(s) achieve their intended results. Bring forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results.

Improvement to and maintenance of Business Consulting Services processes and templates
-
Maintain a billable utilization percentage of 90% or above.
ACTIVITIES AND SKILLS TO ACHIEVE THE ABOVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

5+ years consulting/professional services experience

3+ years Salesforce, cross-cloud platform experience
-
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with the ability to interface with
-
clients and internal team members at all levels (executive to staff)
-
Ability to lead client facing meetings including working sessions, demos, and requirements gathering
-
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
-
Possess extensive experience and judgment in planning for and accomplishing goals
-
Experience in collaborating with offshore resources preferred
-
Mentor other members of the business consulting team
-
Understanding of Agile methodologies, especially prioritization and management of flexible scope
-
College degree required
-
Ability to travel up to 80%
