Role Description:

To lead projects or workstreams as part of a larger transformation program.

Accomplish project objectives by planning project activities, evaluating, implementation and updating progress of project.

Working closely with the key project stakeholders and business areas across Retail Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle end to end project management and delivery of multiple large and / or complex projects including:

Scoping, definition, benefits analysis and prioritization

Project Planning and resource impact analysis
-
Risk and Issue management and resolution Communications
-
Training
-
Roll out planning and execution
-
Benefit analysis and post implementation lessons
Team Structure:

Working closely with other Project Managers to ensure that the work streams and program are on track in terms of plan and delivery scope
