Network Manager (Client Handling)

Job Description

• Core experience in Infrastructure Services including Delivery management, Program management, Client handling and relationship management
• Proven ability to manage large customers and multiple customers across geographies
• Sound knowledge of financials used in account management (Ebitda, P&L)
• Participate in providing inputs (technical solutions, delivery inputs, estimations) to RFP’s
• Sound knowledge on Cloud environments (experience in managing migrations to cloud will be an advantage)
• Focus on automation, innovations and bringing in new ideas / processes in practice
• Proven experience in managing Transitions / Transformations
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible mode of operations
