Job Description
Core experience in Infrastructure Services including Delivery management, Program management, Client handling and relationship management
Proven ability to manage large customers and multiple customers across geographies
Sound knowledge of financials used in account management (Ebitda, P&L)
Participate in providing inputs (technical solutions, delivery inputs, estimations) to RFP’s
Sound knowledge on Cloud environments (experience in managing migrations to cloud will be an advantage)
Focus on automation, innovations and bringing in new ideas / processes in practice
Proven experience in managing Transitions / Transformations
Excellent communication skills
Flexible mode of operations
