Skill Set/Experience
??span style="white-space:pre"> C4 - Technical Lead at Onsite (Germany, Ulm)
??span style="white-space:pre"> Java Technical Lead with 7-8 years Experience, especially in troubleshooting, debugging and understanding existing code and implementations
??span style="white-space:pre"> Experience on supporting COTS application able to understand the high level picture and create the efficient approach to learn the details
??span style="white-space:pre"> Architecture/Design experience on Integration Frameworks and Patterns, ESB, Database to Database, EAI (IBM WebSphere ESB or similar ESB products)
??span style="white-space:pre"> Understanding of Data Models and ability to troubleshoot dataflow issues within applications.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Familiarity with Database technologies, Oracle, SQL Server, Access databases.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Experience on Leading Cross Functional/Technology Team for the Application Support
??span style="white-space:pre"> Desirable Manufacturing Domain experience and prior experience of working on Operations and Logistics applications
Agile Experience
??span style="white-space:pre"> Knowledge and experience on Agile Process and DevOps especially on SLA?? and KPI?? management
??span style="white-space:pre"> Confident and fluent in giving presentation to middle management both from within and outside the organization and capable of responding to questions from the client
??span style="white-space:pre"> Presents ideas, status reports and recommendations which are comprehensive, concise and error free
Responsibilities
??span style="white-space:pre"> Work with Software Vendors (In Case of COTS) and Development team (in case of in-House applications)
??span style="white-space:pre"> Monitor and ensure timely closure of TasksIncidents received by the team through Service Now, over e-mail or telephone
??span style="white-space:pre"> Providing training to users / super-users on application as required.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Must be able to act independently and take a proactive approach to tasks considering the team implications
??span style="white-space:pre"> Lead technical discussions with the team and provide direction / decisions for SetupConfigure applications as required by the project
??span style="white-space:pre"> Provide inputs / recommendations on Application support to Functional Management
??span style="white-space:pre"> Maintain / develop standard reporting practices
??span style="white-space:pre"> Coordinate and interact with Project / Senior Management on support related issues
??span style="white-space:pre"> Leading / Facilitating Triage and Root Cause Analysis Exercises.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Lead the Service Design & Deployment team.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Work toward process improvement.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Supporting Application Managers in all the service design and application deployment activities and processes.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Maintaining release activities
??span style="white-space:pre"> Interaction with vendors and suppliers.
??span style="white-space:pre"> Plan and develop tasks/assignments for team members
??span style="white-space:pre"> Ability to lead and keep team motivated and efficient.
