Job Description
Must Have:

Background in Running a Delivery team.

Ability to have a customer conversation on transition, workplace solutions, transformation and automation.

Multilingual Service Desk skills, IM, PM, CM, with good knowledge of ITSM tools.

Field Support mode of operations and on boarding.

Ability to create a transition plan in response to an RFP

Create a solution / transformation project plan / Create BOM / Create and Validate SoW on at least 3 of the following technologies.

Active directory deployment, Azure AD, ADFS

Hybrid Exchange with O365, Office Pro Plus deployment, SFB, Yammer, SharePoint

Windows 7-10 imaging & Mass Roll out, SCCM 2016, and or Altiris, BigFix
-
XenApp 11.x, XenDesktop, and or Netscaler, AppV, Appsense
-
MDM skills in Airwatch, Good, iOS, MobileIron, MaaS365
Core Skill - Microsoft EMS along with security technologies
