DevOps Group Tech Lead

Job Description

Must have skills:

• ServiceNow - flows and it's integration with Jenkins/BitBucket/Jira
• Confluence and Release Management therein
• Investigate nightly alarms and take automated corrective actions
• This is a technical position and not a managerial-only position
• Solid understanding of Problem and Incident management
• Ability to triage defects and prioritise them
• Manage 3rd Parties and vendors to quickly resolve priority incidents
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Effectively line-manage support personnel - onsite and offshore
• Passion to learn new skills

Good to have skills:

• Hands-on scripting
• ServiceNow administration
• ITIL certification
