Job Description

University Graduate or Professional bachelor
Ideally University graduate “Master” in information Science, Management or Industrial Engineer.
 
Required Knowledge and Experience.

• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Business experience required.
Mandatory:

• Strong interest for Business Process Analysis
• Experience in data modelling and functional analysis
• Good knowledge of insurance processes (Life, Non Life, EB)

Preferable:

• Experience in functional Enterprise modelling and Architecture (trough projects)
• Functional experience required

Mandatory:

• Understanding development life cycles
• Mastering scheduling principles and techniques

Preferable:

• Experience in functional Enterprise modelling and Architecture (trough projects)
• Experience in data modelling via Erwin

Technical experience required.
Mandatory:

• Excellent knowledge of MS-office Tools
• Understanding development life cycles
• Mastering scheduling principles and techniques (CTRL/M)
• SAS Base - SAS Macro - SAS OLAP Cube Studio
• SAS DI studio - SAS Enterprise Guide + Stored Processes
• SAS Information Map Studio + Web Report Studio – SAS Portal.
• SAS Visual analytics

Preferable:

• SAS Management Console
• SAS E-miner
• Microsoft BI tools

Objective of the job:
The key missions of the data warehouse business analyst are:

• Organization and moderating workshops with the business client in order to define their business needs.
• Gathering the business requirements and define solutions with the client
• Assisting the project manager for project planning and follow-up
• Designing the different data patrimonies and keep it coherent in the time
• Assessing new tools, new technologies and methodologies
• Documenting the functional documentation
• Explaining the functional contents of the projects to the development team (link between users and the development team)
• The monitoring/control of the functional design (logical data, functionalities and controls) of the applications of his business domain.
• Validating the deviations needed in the design and controlling they are documented.
• Definition of best practices and patterns to be applied in his application context and documenting and maintaining them.
• Helping to define the testing approach of the projects with the clients
