Role Description:
We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills. Able to work effectively as part of a focused project team, to remove obsolescence from the Santander estate, in liaison with subject matter experts, and delivering regular updates on progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of redundant servers, databases and middleware technologies to determine which are compatible with upgraded servers and which require upgrade or replacement.
The candidate will be assigned a portfolio of servers/applications needing upgrade or replacement. They will liaise with local technology experts to determine upgrade approach, though to deployment.
Working as part of a relatively small core project team (approx. 10 people) but facing off to multiple technology teams, depending on the nature of the installed applications.
