Technical Skills:

XML knowledge to understand how EDI components work, be able to identify corruption in data files and resolve
Knowledge of FTP process and how to resolve issues in conjunction with ITS team and customer IT function.
System level knowledge Apache/TomCat/Java – only sufficient to identify a problem and direct to correct team
Oracle knowledge – sufficient to identify when issues occur in the DBMS jobs or in the database and to direct to Oracle DBA with sufficient description

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Qualification:

At least 6+ years of work experience in security domain.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical experience
