Job Description

• The service will take place within the Operations Filtering service and the Client Reference Systems on Embargos and Sanctions.
• Within the "Global Transaction & Payment Services" entity, in charge of the filtering of financial transactions and customer references against the Sanctions and Embargos lists,
• The Alerts Management Department provides a filtering service that allows, in real time, the detection of "suspicion" financial transactions that may be linked to regulatory sanctions or to violate an embargo.
• Filtering is therefore performed for all intragroup entries, incoming or outgoing group of the bank concerned.
• The Alerts Management Department also provides a filtering service for client repositories, allowing the detection of legal or physical persons that may be linked to regulatory sanctions.
• The filtering tool used is FIRCOSOFT
• The service consists of:On the main activities:
• For message filtering (FMF):§ Analysis and qualification of the alerts for the operations filtered in real time or a posteriori.
• Securing decision-making by obtaining double validation of sensitive alerts and emails addressed to our internal customers.
• Supporting requests and instructions from internal clients in the management and administration of the common ball.
• Breakdown and reassessment of the information needed to perform the cash end of the day.
• For client repository filtering (FFF):
• Periodically filter the client files of the Group entities and perform the first-level analysis of the penalties and embargoes generated.
• On the technical and organizational level:
• Service Hotlines:
• In the morning: Take charge of the management and the priority follow-up of alert messages waiting for analysis.
• Lunch: Take charge of maintaining the activity of the service during one of the two lunch-time periods.
• In the evening: Accompany the service's common messaging manager and ensure the processing of pending alert messages on the ABE and TARGET channels.
• Banking skills related to international payments
• Competence in the field of Compliance
• SWIFT Messaging Knowledge - File Format Specifically
• Fluency in English (written and oral) - Level B2 required
• Knowledge of the Fircosoft filtering tool would be a plus.
