Establish and manage industry analyst and sourcing advisory relationship in North America / Europe
Drive creation of large deals pipeline through sourcing advisory channels
Work with advisory groups to create positioning for client which will enable more revenue generating opportunities
Create analyst and advisory briefing presentations
Engage sourcing advisors during deal pursuits to ensure client has the inside track and we get shortlisted
Work with practices to develop a framework which provides us granular level view of efforts per pricing element
Create strategies to increase deal flow and shorten sales cycles when advisory is involved
Create differentiated and segmented strategy for the analyst, general and specialist sourcing advisors so that we can establish outcome based relationships with them
Align influencer relations activity with sales enablement and research within client to enable large deals
Job requirements:
Demonstrable prior experience of running Sourcing Advisor and Influencer relations function for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT/IITES service provider
Demonstrable experience of creating differentiated strategies to engage advisory and influencer relation function.
Proven track record of increasing deal flow and winnable opportunities through this channel
Strong existing relationships with the advisory channels and ability to create a position of advantage for client
Manage commercial relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills ??/li>
Understanding of general and specialty (Domain, geography focused) advisory groups
Experience of managing investor relationship and sourcing advisory function
Understanding of IT / ITES service propositions and Tier 1 and Tier 2 landscape
Knowledge of the advisory and influencer relationship market, their strengths and modes of engagement.
