• System and Network Administration- 6-7 Years
• Knowledge on VMWare Administration
• AD & Exchange Admin
• Office 365 knowledge
• Citrix Admin Knowledge
• Windows System Administrator
• Network Admin
• Veeam Backup Administrator
• SCCM Administrator
• Azure knowledge
• CISCO switches, Router and ASA router knowledge
• Dell, CISCO UCS and HP server hardware installation experience
• Storage Netapp knowledge
• Backup tape LTO hands-on knowledge
• DR knowledge

Other Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and verify backups of data
• Respond to and resolve help desk requests
• Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
• Review application logs
• Install and test computer-related equipment
• Ability to Setup and Test DR Setup
• Responsible for P1 & P2 Calls, to take complete ownership till closure
• Resolve tickets related to Data center and Network
• Survey Network Setup and perform Health check on System
• Perform Task as per Agreed SLA
